South of the South

Not only am I not missing any of this while on our honeymoon for two weeks, but we get to see Yo La Tengo in Portland, too. Also, only have to deal with bad venues like HOB for one or two shows at most.

• 10/30 - The Gay Blades / Electric Six - The Social
• 10/31 - Russian Circles / Coliseum - Backbooth
• 11/02 - Why? / Au / James Husband - The Social
• 11/13 - The Get Up Kids - House of Blues
• 11/23 - The Mountain Goats / Final Fantasy - The Social

I’ve only seen The Mountain Goats, The Get Up Kids, Yo La Tengo and Electric Six out of these 23 bands I want to see (didn’t list the openers I don’t care about). It’s the first time a lot of these bands are coming to Orlando; any insight on their performances?
