Magnetic Levitating Turntable Concept Looks Impractical, Amazing

While the concept is amazing and this probably works in theory that it can play back a record, for a record player to truly be functional it has to produce the sound intended to be heard on the record. I doubt this does that - there has to be a high level of wow and flutter involved with a suspended plate wobbling in a magnetic field (click through for pictures of the underside), and also reverberations from the soundwaves in the air from the speakers.
